Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a PNG and JPG file?
The main difference that PNG files have transparent background and JPGs have a white one. I prefer to use PNGs because they can be placed on any color background. If you use a JPG file there will be a white box behind it.
Can I use your graphics commercially?
Small and home-based businesses are welcome to create up to 500 Physical End Products per graphic purchased. If you will be selling more than 500 items per design you will need to message me to discuss and extended commercial use license. Please read the listing description for a complete list of ways you can and cannot use our designs.
Do you offer technical support?
Unfortunately we are not set up to offer technical support for use of any of the files sold in our store. You need to be familiar with how to use such files before purchasing.
The graphic didn't work out as I had hoped. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. However, if you have a problem with file please message us! We will do our best to help!
